my doughter is 6 year old.she broke her teeth at the age 3 year during play time .till now she does not get her new teeth.

A. Dear parent, the upper front permanent toorh erupts around 7 years of age with a variation of +/- 6 months. So wait till the child turns 7 and consult a pediatric dentist if tooth still doesnt erupt

A. Maybe the time is not correct for the new teeth to come so you’ll have to wait for that much time it will come when it has to come when the time is right for the permanent teeth to come it is going to come don’t worry
