my doctor suggest me to stop breastfeeding he told that there is no nutrition after eight months of baby now my baby age is 1 year and five months till I am breastfeeding is it ok to stop or to continue

Hello mom alone Breast milk is not sufficient for the growing needs of the toddler along with it he does require good nutritious food as well .. generally after the age of one to two years you can gradually reduce the number of breast feeds and plan to wean him off
