my doctor stopped calcium iron multivitamin tablet should I start them again?? My hair falling to much what should I do?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. dear mum. hair fall is quite common after delivery..due to sudden fall of certain hormones causes Telogen effluvium causing hair fall.
Eating healthy and right is very important after pregnancy. It helps keep your hair healthy too.
Avoid stress.
Use wide teeth comb,
Have plenty of fluids.
Take protien rich diet.
