my doctor prescribed me Lumia 60 k capsules .It should be taken once a week, but by mistake I have taken it continuously for 4 days. please suggest me what to do. I am worried about its side effects.

Lumia 60K Capsule is a fat soluble vitamin, that helps the body to absorb calcium and phosphorous found in food and supplements. Vitamin D found in Lumia 60k is made by the body when skin is exposed to sunlight.
Dont worry about side effects it is safe but yeah be cautious next time.
