my doctor me to.give my daughter an ear wax- Ceruklin to clean the ears. but i just read somewhere that it is not good for kids below 18 yrs. my daughter is just 1.9 yrs old. should i stop using it? is it harmful?

Manisha pandaMom of a 8 yr 6 m old girl8 years agoA. I had the same situation. When consulted with my doctor, he told me not to use any eardrops as we all have natural oil in the ears that will automatically clean the ears. So don't use.

Neelam sharmaMom of a 16 yr 1 m old boy8 years agoA. it is not recommended by experts as it may harm Babies ear drum... but still you have to talk to your doctor regarding this in detail ... or also you should take second opinion from another ENT for better guidance
