Q.

My doctor has given vaccination date as 55 days from 1st vaccination for New born instead of 45 days , is that right , I heard it's 45 days #Vaccination

A. It is 45days from birth, if u gave first vaccination on 10th day then 55th day from birth

A. yes its absolutely fine to postpone.vaccination for few days or weeks also if you have some urgency for eg...if you are not available in your city and can't make it.. on vaccination date..then you can get it done later...
