My doctor has given me T-bact ointment to apply over my stitch Shall I keep it open after that or cover with cotton gauge?

Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 9 yr old girl5 years agoA. Apply T bact ointment and leave the wound open. There is no need to cover the won’t with a cause. Covering with cost and increase the chances of infection.

Jasmine Shiny DsouzaMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. hi mom. it's not required to cover the wound just apply the t-bact ointment. if it is a normal delivery the wound will heal within two to three weeks completely and even in the case of Cesarean section it is almost the same.
