Q.

My doc suggested to use belt ..Its 3 months now ..when to use the belt and how many hours to use it ?? Does really it loses the stomach fat ?

A. abdominal Binder is not proven to reduce post pregnancy belly. use it if you feel comfortable. but donot restrict your mobility because of it. also do deep breathing exercises as abdominal binder can restrict chest expansion if they are too tight.

A. After consulting your doctor you can go for abdomen belt or maternity panties. But more than all these good exercises will be the more natural way to get ur tummy back to form . Start with slow pace exercises like walking. If u had c section After six months, Consult with your doctor once and if the doctor confirms the internal stitches should have healed then you can go for ab exercises. Also take care of your diet. Avoid junk and include healthy fruits and vegetables. While choosing for a belt you should look for these things - whether it has back support, easy to put and remove, does it have the grip to hold your tummy, will it secure your stitches.
