ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. hello. avoid till your baby recover once.. Mother’s milk is best for the baby so continue breast feeding. You should not stop feedings because A baby can become dehydrated very quickly without feedings. Try to keep your baby's diaper area as clean and dry as possible.
