SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, include buttermilk in every day drink. Buttermilk helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving the appetite. Include jeera and mint leaf in the cooking they are natural appetisers. Instead of three big meals you can give five meals in a smaller quantity and in a smaller intervals. Make a timetable so that you can explore each Vegetable different type of pulses, fruits each day. The like to explore new things. Also give food to eat by herself. Which is a good practice they also start enjoying eating. Always give lukewarm water to drink after feeding anything which will help in good digestion.Reduce the quantity of milk and give more solid food.
