Q.

my daughter would be 3 months and 18 days old soon. she only relies on breastfeeding. but how do I store adequate amount of breastmilk if m leaving her with someone for more than 2 hours. what's the procedure?

A. yes, at room temp, no more than 25 degrees C), you can store breast milk in a clean n sterilized container or bottle, for up to six hours. and n a home freezer (at minus 18 degrees C or lower), for up to six months.
