Q.

my daughter will be three years soon. The only problem I am currently facing is her proper nutrition. she doesn't like to have normal food such as pulses rice vegetables etc. what should I do to give her better and healthy nutritious food.

A. stop buying and storing junk unhealthy food should not be treat for finishing healthy meals the whole family should eat same food do not make special dishes for your child child should eat along with the family to learn healthy eating show by your example

A. healthy and nutritionous meal plan as breakfast as poha cheela upma idly dosa chocos cornflakes ragi dalia uthapam mid morning any fruits lunch as rice dal sabji evening snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
