Q.

My daughter was on breast milk and top up formula milk 90 ml twice a day. I replaced formula milk to cows milk once she turned 12 months. Now she is 16 months and I would like to stop cows milk and only breastfeed. She eats well, 3 meals and 2-3 snacks. Is it okay to stop cows milk? Do I need to provide a replacement for that?

A. good morning I would not recommend you to stop giving cow milk to the baby at this stage it is important for the child to consume 300ml to 400 ml of milk throughout the day you must stop breastfeeding if you want
