My daughter was having diarrhoea due to a stomach infection. Now she is pooping while sleeping also why is it happening so and also sometimes she passes watery poop is there any problem

This happens with a child is suffering with diary there is nothing wrong with it but you have to look for a proper medication to be given to the child apart from probiotic first you should conduct a stool test to know what is the reason behind this and then accordingly the treatment can be suggested for the child to control loose motion
