my daughter was 6yrs old she was not eating or sleeping properly

A. Hi Mom, Try to increase your child's appetite. Never skip breakfast. Eating healthy breakfast, breaks the fast after night and stimulate your child's appetite and make them eat better. Concentrate on your child's iron levels. Add more iron rich foods into your child's diet. Make your child to drink plenty of water. Start your kid day with a glass of water in an empty stomach. Add zinc rich foods also. Give foods every two hours.
