Hello engage child In outdoor activities like playing, jumping, dancing, swimming, football cycling, skipping, Add nutritious foods like almonds, walnuts, cashews dates, banana, til seeds, coconut, egg, avocado paneer to child's recipes. make sure to avoid Biscuits, waffers, bakery products, sugar laden drinks for the child
