Sir I give my child 1 boil egg every day milk twice a day nachni porridge in the morning 2 fruits 1 elaichi banana & any other seasonal fruit daily/ promo granite juice every alternate day then cheese & chicken sausage are her favourite. She is active overall she tells all the poetry & recognizes all pictures but every time I have to force her to eat all the time her immunity is very low if any one in the house or in school has cold she catches it very fast.

it also depends upon the diet the child is taking.
so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements.
the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount. x
you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child.
