my daughter urin culture report shows 40000 e.coli growth..doctor said not to take antibiotic as the infection is low..Is it?can infection go own?

It seems like the infection is actually much on the higher side I don’t know why your doctor has not advised your course of antibiotics but since you are already taking a treatment with your doctor you should proceed with what they suggest and just go ahead whatever they suggest is right for the child
