Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children5 years agoA. hi mom, do not worry it's teething g symptom.. look for your baby's swollen gums... if fever is more than 100 degree fahrenheit then only give calpol drops otherwise no need to worry give lightly digesting food like Khichdi vegetable soup fruit and vegetable puree also you can massage baby gums with clean singer or clean cotton cloth dipped in Icy cold water which will give relief from irritant and swollen gum
