Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. please give calpol 120 It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby

Sporolac Medicine is good to go for You can give you two times in a day it is just a probiotic that is what is going to help a lot in controlling lose motions apart from that you should just stop giving milk to the child give good amount of curd and banana to the child that’s going to help in controlling lose motion and give Calpol for fever
