my daughter suffering from dehydration

A. the child will be lethargic and will have decreased activity and will also not take food as well ags water properly also the child may have sunken eyes as well as no tears or decreased urine output and also the lips of the child may be dryg and it is advisable that you should visit the doctor to rule out any type of dehydration which might cause problems for the child

A. Keep your kid well hydrated. Give more juices fluids. you may give fruits like apple, banana, avocado chicko, pear, veggies like carrot Potato, beetroot, sweet potato brocoli, bottle gourd all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet.mostly
