Q.
my daughter snores and breathe via mouth. she has enlarged adenoids... we are taking all possible care as suggested by dr but after medicines , the effect is no more and she again suffering from same situation.. what we should do any homely cure? to shrink her adenoids so that she can sleep peacefully??? please suggest

I’ll be very honest with you with this situation I’ve seen the similar situation with my friends child he had large paranoid and everything the way you are mentioning it was probably worse than that thing the ultimate solution that she got was a surgery and after that within six months I’ve seen such an evident growth in the child in terms of health in terms of height growth everything so if you are okay with it I think getting a surgery done would be the best option for you
