Q.

my daughter seems feverish.. don't have thermometer to check...also she has cough.can u gv montair lc( suggested by doctor) n calpol together

A. Cough is a protective reflex of the body to expel out the mucus or any irritant factor from the respiratory tract which is most of the time assosiated with cold due to any viral or bacterial infection . A proper examination is required to find the cause . As bfa home remedy you can start with steam inhalation . Cough can be treated with cough supfpressant or antitussives as per the cause. For cold antihistamines are useful and nasal saline drops are also benifecial .

A. Yes you can give these medicines not a problem try to maintain a gap of at least 10 minutes because if you give medicines back to back to their child Sudha child will vomit out every thing so you will have to maintain a minimum gap of 10 to 15 minutes in between two medicines
