My Daughter's private part in the upper section is swelling whenever she cries or screams? Is there anything wrong with it? please guide

A. Maybe due to infection of UTI or something I am not very sure about it but if there’s a pain or swelling into the upper region of the vaginal side there is definitely a problem please visit your paediatrician for clarity and treatment on the situation
