my daughter's age is 6 years. she mostly has pain in her stomach. what's the reason and what can I do.

You need to have a proper check up with your doctor to understand because it said this is your child is constantly complaining of stomach pain and that is definitely not a good sign could be just basic indigestion but it could lead to another issue as well
