my daughter's age is 4 yr ..she is suffering for fever from 12 am her temperature is 102 after I give her p250 syrup her temperature is not reduce and continue slight shivering..what can I do

A. high fever woth shivering should be investigate in detail. so, Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
