my daughter running 18 months, yesterday she as taken vaccine in govt,for leg she getting pain, injection sides became fat/swelling,what should I do

I would suggest to try cool pack on it
it is best to cure this.
take a clean Cotton clothe.
place an ice cube in it ,make pouch of it then gently Pat it on injected site.
do it at few intervals.
