"My Daughter recently got her ear pierced.The back lock of the earring is digging into her ear and causing a small wound . Can you suggest any medicine or ointment ?"

A. Hello dear parents this needs to be taken out immediately. As otherwise it can cause infection and will be painful for the baby. You can take her to either doctor or the piercing person to help remove it without any pain.
