My daughter often suffers from constipation. We are giving her Muout Powder from last 2 years. So is it safe to continue it or should we stop it?

Hi Mom Try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Wash hands often before touching your baby Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge cereals fruits cereals mashed sweet potatoes
