My daughter of 1.4 months do not sleep easily. Need your guidance for the same.

A. hi first,set consistent bedtime routine for your child. keep the environment calm and dark while sleeping avoid distractions avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially before one hour of sleep time Make sure your child feel comfortable while sleeping make sure your child take dinner well
