Q.

my daughter never eats fruits. even if I send to school she brings back. what to do, also she never eats curd. please suggest me the solution as fruits are important for child growth.

A. Yes fruits are imp as a part of the diet. educate her health benefits of eating fruits and curd. encourage her to have it. give reward, praise her in any successful attempt.

A. So you should play smart with your child what you can do is you can make a dry fruit powder and you can use that into a smoothie so smoothies basically curd based and you can use fruits and dry fruit powder into that so this would be a healthy combination for breakfast also or for evening snack where you can combine all these things to give to your child
