My daughter name is hiya she is 1year 11 months old but she is not taking enough sleep and not eating anything but only makes a lot of noises she is not sleeps before 1 am

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
