my daughter maysha she is 7+ having fever since day before yesterday evening.i m giving her dolo250 mg.after taking medicine. fever gets reduced but after 5 6 hours it again raising.what should e do

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to continue the medication as prescribed by the doctor it is a possibility that the child is suffering from viral as a result of which the fever is coming again and again
