Q.

my daughter keeps turning and twisting in sleep. I think she doesn't get enough sleep. her sleep time is 10pm-7am. Is there something that can be done to make her sleep more peacefully?

A. regarding this concern further you can dicuss with the doctor if any such queries or doubts are there ityt will be cleared . your doctor will give guidance as needed.
