My daughter is waking up everyday around 3am and struggles to go back to sleep. In between she sleeps well some days she tries to say some words.. typical how baby cries and goes back to sleep. She takes sometimes to go back to sleep after 3am. Why is this happening? Is it some growth Sprut or anything else? I am still breastfeeding. She will ask for feed sometimes or she wants to keep rocking. Usually she communicates if she is hungry or anything is paining. She doesn’t say all that
