Q.
my daughter is vomiting while traveling in car only if ac is on..she also vomits in theater.is cold weather like ac room, theatre, air conditioner car can cause vomiting.

Natural way of building immunity in kids, expose your child to direct sunlight for 30 mins a day, during change of weather start giving turmeric milk, nuts especially almonds two to three daily, add tulsi leaves in drinking water, after five years if age Chawanprash can be given, use Desi ghee for preparing meals, one teaspoon honey at bed time, vitamin C rich fruits, make your child wear weather appropriate clothes

Immunity in growing kids can be build by timely immunization, adequate sleep of around 12 to 13 hours, outdoor playing, maintaining good hygiene, giving nutritious and balanced diet comprising of all food groups, vitamin C rich fruirs, one teaspoon honey at bed time, avoid giving antibiotics

Also whenever she in a big ac room packed with people she may feel restless due to the closed cramped environment which could give vomiting sensation..
