Q.

My daughter is very reluctant to drink milk these days. We give her Pediasure Chocolate flavor, but her reluctance to drink milk has grown. Please suggest me what should we do to encourage her to drink milk.

A. You can add some healthy sweetness to your kiddo's milk with maple syrup, vanilla extract, fruit, or cocoa powder! These are all great additions when it comes to flavoring milk, whether you're flavoring it as banana, chocolate, strawberry, or vanilla.
