Q.

my daughter is very leen. though she is active and her diet is also ok but she doesnt gain muscles mass . she looks too thin .. please suggest wat to give her to gain musceles mass

A. Namaste Mom, It mainly quite depends on metabolism and the body type of the individual as such, also as long as she is active for the age and also eating healthy. Include protein rich foods such as eggs, chicken, fish, soya, nuts and seeds, milk , panner, tofu, dals, legumes such as rajma, lobia etc

A. Give more of protein then you can check with your doctor if you can give any drink to the child which will help in developing muscle mass because that is going to be good because having a lean body structure is not a problem but if you’re facing any issue with the muscle talk to your doctor once
