my daughter is two years and 8 months old today i saw bright red colour blood in her stool, yesterday is got fever also,today is is fine playing well, eating well, sleeping well is it serious... please answer..

A. Hi, I'm a mother of 2 years and 8 months old, according to my knowledge, color in stool is mainly caused due to dehydration. If the baby's intake of liquids is less then the stool.becomes hard and these symptoms may appear. and cause for the fever as you said raise in temperature is due to struggle during the kid passing stool and maybe little bit of infection.. So it's recommended to give more liquids and keep on hydration for regular intervals of urine passage and stool passage. I'm sharing my personal experience and knowledge, please consult doctor or physician for any medical help or health related diagnosis. thankyou..

A. The red thing was because of the food that you may have given or it could be blood into the motion they say we cannot be sure about it so just monitor for another 12 to 24 hours again if you see anything ready you better get a student test done for your child for clarity
