Q.

My daughter is turning 6 months old and doctor has told to give buffalo milk without water but all are saying to give cow milk what should I do ?

A. Buffalo milk is heavy to digest as she is 5 month old only can feed breast milk or Formula is better as it is made similar to breast milk. tc

A. hi dear It's best to wait until your baby is a year old before introducing buffalo milk in her diet. Buffalo milk is rich in vitamin A, has a higher protein value and contains more iron, calcium and phosphorus than the cow's milk. Keep in mind that buffalo milk has more fat and hence it carries a risk of causing obesity.
