My Daughter is turning 3, but recently we have noticed that she is having a good sleep during night and she keeps moving around on bed in sleep and cry sometime in her sleep, it's only during the morning hours she gets a sound sleep can anyone help or suggest what could be the reason that can cause not having good sleep during the night? and how to fix this ?

He probably could be due to either hunger or stomach pain issues and sometimes nightmares can also be commonly seen with small kids so either of the three things are basically disturbing your child which is why child is unable to sleep properly you have to monitor and understand what’s the problem
