Q.

My daughter is totally on breastfeed taking her feed well but at 4 month her weight is 4.600 gm is this okay?? Should i be concern?

A. dear mum, weight of 4.6 kg is a normal weight for 4 months old baby if baby has been gaining at least 500 grams per month on an average and is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones.

A. good afternoon depends on the birth weight of the child the child should gain 400 to 500 grams per month according to that you can calculate what should be the current weight of the child as per the age
