my daughter is three month old every second day my daughter passes stool 3or more times a day and watery consistency and colour greenish yellow I'm worry about that is it my baby deahydrate?? what can i do

Hello ma’am Know your child is not dehydrated because whatever amount of breastfeed or formula feed you provide to your child has good amount of water in it so don’t worry about that and if your child is on formula feed by any chance than green colour motion is completely normal and common and if you do not see any kind of blood or mucus stickiness or foul smell or discomfort to your child till then colour and consistency doesn’t make a difference
