My daughter is sweating a lot from head. It feels wet when I touch her head. Should I worry??

A. If In this weather where is it is becoming little cold if your child is sweating like this then that’s not good I little bit of high body temperature is normal but if it is too much as sweating like this then you should get it assessed once
