my daughter is suffering stomach ache wt is the syrup fr colic till one year i was giving her colicaid

A. Hello, your baby girl is 26 months old and she is having a pain in her tummy so deworm her and give her syrup cyclopam 3 ml if it’s needed

A. it may be due to any infection for you should limit the amount of milk and can give meftal spas syrup to baby 5 ml 2 to 3 times in a day
