my daughter is suffering from severe from her 11 years ie from the time of her maturity.And after the attack of Covid she is suffering from nose blockage everyday and has a feeling of mucus in the throat and her nose is always moist.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl6 months agoA. Must carry out hot saline water gougling or saline water nasal spray drops with proper spray. These two items will give good result if you are carrying out for minimum of one month. For drinking water consume only hot water.
