my daughter is suffering from loose motion, stomach pain and vomit. What medication and food can be given please suggest me doctor as of now we are out of town so we can't consult physician here. Please suggest me

Maam your child could be suffering with the food allergy it could be associated with food poisoning or stomach infection without checking the child please don’t give any medicine randomly you talk to your doctor over the phone even if you’re travelling they can suggest you the medicines correctly that way
