my daughter is suffering from fever and cold since 2 daus and some pain inside mouth also.so she is unable to take proper food also.dhe is 3 years 7 month old.Kindly suggest some medicine and what precautions we should use

A. Kindly continue the medicine given by your doctor and take a follow up. Follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or there will be chxanged in the medicines
