Q.

my daughter is suffering from fever (101°) from today evening I have given calpol drop at 6:45pm but now at 10:50 pm fever is 100° and now she is showing her head may be she is also having headache plz give me some suggestions what should I do and can I give her calpol drop again.

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment alsiio this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
