Q.

My daughter is struggling to poop. her stomach is little bit hard. can you please any remedy or any suggestion. she is 4months old.

A. straining while passing urine and stool is very normal before completion of 6 months of age. sometimes this can continue for one year of age also. it usually occurs due to the distendtion of the urinary bladder and rectum of the child. the sensation is new for the child that's why the child is crying if you feelx that the crying is more than normal you should visit a pediatrician for examination.
